Arda Turan headed to China?

China has become the new Middle-East in the world of football. The insane amounts of money on offer are tempting world-class players to look eastward. Oscar has become the latest victim of the Chinese Super League. He joins a list that includes names like Hulk, Jackson Martinez and Ezequiel Lavezzi. He will get a salary of €400,000 per week.

This figure is sure to interest Arda Turan, especially because Guangzhou Evergrande are tracking him. The CSL side wanted to sign Turan in the summer but his good form compelled the Barcelona management to keep him. But this January, there are reports of Evergrande again trying to sign him. They will submit an offer of €50 million.

This offer might interest Robert Fernandez. It is not everyday that clubs get €50 million offers for players about to turn 30. Robert may not allow Turan to move this winter due to lack of quality backup for Neymar, but in the summer, this is very possible.
