The Barcelona legend is the perfect choice for the job of manger, but only philosophically. He played for the Blaugrana till the end of the 2013-14 season, when he left for Al-Sadd. He is the best passer of his generation. But he has no coaching experience. He has to work as assistant coach or manager of a small team before his name can be even taken into consideration. Therefore, it is virtually impossible for him to be manager of Barcelona. He can join the coaching staff, but not manager.
