The Barca legend managed Barca B for 4 years, replacing Luis Enrique at the helm of the club. He inculcated a strong work ethic into his young players. He was part of Cruyff’s Dream Team, and hence can follow the tiki-taka style.

Despite joining Real Sociedad only recently, Sacristan can be lured with the opportunity of coaching Barcelona. He is a very capable coach, and he had a hand in the development of players such as Denis Suarez, Wilfrid Kaptoum, Carles Alena and Alex Grimaldo.
