The more famous of the Koeman brothers is also a former Blaugrana. He is a very talented manager, which he has shown in his spells in charge of Ajax and Southampton. He imposed his philosophy at Ajax and it wielded very good results.

At Southampton, he improved the club’s scouting team and youth system. He got a 5th placed finish in the Premier League with a relatively weak team. After his arrival at Everton at the beginning of the season, a sudden switch to Barcelona next summer is unlikely but possible.
