The German goal stopper was phenomenal over the weekend tallying 6* saves and a solid outing passing with 73%* pass success. ter Stegen has had some issues in goal, but his play has really picked up in 2017 and he now can be considered the undisputed number 1. With that comes great challenges as you will always be asked to be in your “A” game and when you’re not the fans will let you know. Against Bilbao he performed well to continue a good streak of play and now look forward to Atletico and Alaves.
