The frenchman make his debut on the stock report but unfortunately it’s on the down. With Jordi Alba out for a little bit still, Enrique has put in Lucas Digne and now Mathieu to hold the place. This weekend could have been Mathieu’s proving match to keep the spot until Alba’s return and have more playing time for him. He was just average against Bilbao, his play was nothing great which means he will probably keep rotating in for this spot and for back up Center Back.
