A revolution will take place at Barcelona, and there will be casualties

Luis Enrique has shown his weakness as a manager. He cannot give long-term success. The 3-0 defeat against Juventus was a sign of that.

His decision to step down at the end of the season was the right one. With the new coach, Barcelona will change its identity. Johan Cruyff set the platform for a successful 30 years. The successor to Luis Enrique will set the platform for the next 30.

Therefore I implore everyone who is reading this now, if you are a Barcelona fan, forget tiki-taka. It is the past and it is obsolete. Barcelona will enter a new era in 2017. Please do not be angry if you do not see possession football. Do not be angry if you don’t see a 3 man midfield.

For the change to take place, some players need to leave. They are has-beens and will have no place in the future.
