The Turkish international has been a misfit at Barcelona. Luis Enrique misused him in midfield and at left forward, he has not got a chance. He is injury-prone. Turan is 30 and he is nothing but a deadweight.

Robert Fernandez has to begin talks with Chinese clubs to sell him. This can raise funds of upto €60 million.

His replacement would be the returning Cristian Tello. Tello was highly-rated but was cast out of the squad due to the arrival of Neymar. But now, after impressing at Fiorentina, he might get a look-in to be Neymar’s backup.
