Jasper Cillessen is a good goalkeeper but has little or no room for growth. EA has evaluated him fairly, although his reflexes are underrated. He had a reflexes rating of 77, which largely undermines his abilities.

EA would be correct in letting Cillessen retain his rating, but with an increase in his reflexes.
