Messi has made the impossible possible with his stunning goals, leaving the world with only words of praise for the 5’7” man.

All the odds were against Messi and his national side following their mediocre results in their last qualifying matches, but La Pulga made sure Argentina would travel to Russia in hopes of having another chance to lift the glorious title.

It was a must-win for La Albiceleste in the high altitudes of Quito and their No.10 took charge, leading his team to a historic victory. However, the anticipated match did not start well for Jorge Sampaoli’s men. The home side scored a goal in the first 40 seconds, as Argentina fans held their heads in disbelief.

But the pressure did not phase Messi. He continued to shine on the pitch and quickly found the back of the net in the 10th minute. His goal was short-celebrated as the star wanted to immediately re-start the game, knowing they needed one more goal to qualify.

Argentina began to pick-up some momentum in their passes, moving the ball quickly throughout the field and fans sensed another goal coming. And that’s exactly what happened.

Messi created an impressive goal from a bad Di Maria pass, as the scoreline became 1-2 for the visitors. The lethal striker did not stop there. He was hungry for more and scored his third of the night, sealing the deal for Argentina.
