3. Timo Werner

Last season, Timo Werner broke onto the scene and stole the limelight from the likes of Robert Lewandowski and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang with his performances for RB Leipzig. He scored goals last season and has followed it up with 7 goals in 10 appearances this season.

Werner is in-demand across Europe and signing him will an expensive operation. But every penny spent on signing him will pay off for Barcelona. He is one of the most exciting prospects in Europe and more than capable of replacing Luis Suárez.

He would need some time to adapt, but he is just 21. Werner has plenty of time to develop, and he would become a world-class striker if the management if patient.
