After yet another brilliant performance from Lionel Messi, teammate Luis Suarez had a lot of praise for the Argentine superstar.
There may not be anymore words to describe Lionel Messi. He continues to amaze as the Blaugrana continue their good run of form. After a 5-0 thrashing of Real Betis, Barcelona continue to set the pace in La Liga. Because of other results in La Liga, they were able to increase their lead with this dominant performance. After being held in check for the first half of the game, Barca was able to get five goals in the second half against a tough Betis side with Messi and Luis Suarez impacting the match.
Lionel Messi played his part in just about all of these goals. The Argentine superstar forward scored two of them and made key passes on two of the other goals. There were also so many great moments that could’ve results in more goals if the chances were taken. Nonetheless, it was yet another great performance from Messi. However, he wasn’t the only one who was able to have a great performance against Real Betis.

Luis Suarez played a huge part in Barcelona’s big win over Betis. He also scored two goals and created two others. In addition to this match, the Uruguayan has been back on form after a poor start to the season. Overall, El Pistolero seems to be rounding back into shape, but he should still be scoring more goals. Other than that, the fans are loving the fact that Luis Suarez is getting back to playing at his best.
The Uruguayan striker had very positive words to say about Lionel Messi after the Betis match. He mentioned that Messi is the best in the world and continues to play like it. Suarez also talked about how they have to continue to keep their focus on winning games. La Liga is not over by any means and the team has to keep their focus.

Chelsea is a tough opponent to begin with, so Messi and Suarez will be counted on once again to lead Barca to victory.
