José Arnaiz

José Arnaiz has been excellent whenever he has been called up to the first-team squad. Ernesto Valverde used him in the Round of 32 of the Copa del Rey against Real Murcia, and he was brilliant. He showed great understanding with his teammates, scoring 3 goals over 2 legs.

For the B team, too, he has been brilliant. Arnaiz has scored 6 goals in 18 appearances in the Segunda División, which is a decent return for a winger. His pace, dribbling and ball control make him the ideal replacement for the possibly departing Aleix Vidal.

If he is called up, Arnaiz would act as a backup for both Ousmane Dembélé and Philippe Coutinho. He would learn a lot from these two players, and in the future, may even compete for a spot in the first-team with them.
