3. Giuseppe Pezzella

Giuseppe Pezzella has a lot of potential. The 20-year old left-back has made a total of 29 appearances for Italy on various youth levels, and earned himself a move to Udinese with his performances for Serie B side Palermo.

He has made 19 appearances for Udinese since joining for a fee of €4.5 million in the summer of 2017. Pezzella has a tendency to get stuck in, having received 3 yellow cards and 1 red card for the Bianconeri Friuliani, also being sent off in the Under-20 World Cup against Zambia.

But he also has a lot of good qualities, including brilliant dribbling skills, good crossing and pace. Pezzella likes to play one-twos with midfielders and attackers, and is unafraid to float in early crosses.

Of course, he will need to adapt a lot to fit in at the Camp Nou. But he could be a good option as a successor to Jordi Alba due to his huge potential. If Éric Abidal can negotiate properly, Pezzella could be signed for a bargain.
