Lionel Messi wants 3 world-class players at Barcelona to continue dominating Cristiano Ronaldo

Barcelona have been asked to pacify Lionel Messi’s cravings by signing three players who would help him to continue dominating Cristiano Ronaldo.

Barcelona have been killing it across Europe this season and are looking to take Spain’s domination by the scruff for another season running by winning the UEFA Champions League. They have already won the La Liga title and are favourites to lift the Copa del Rey three weeks from now when they play Valencia.

However, not many would disagree when it comes to concluding that Ernesto Valverde’s men may not even be halfway to where they are at the season’s business end without one man in particular- Lionel Messi. While the likes of Luis Suarez, Gerard Pique and Marc Andre Ter Stegen have been outstanding as well, we have run out of superlatives to describe the genius that Lionel Messi is.

Arguably the greatest player in the world, Lionel Messi wants to use his momentum to full advantage against Cristiano Ronaldo and has asked Barcelona to strengthen the side by signing three players during the summer, according to Fox Sports. Messi has not made any individual demands from the club, but signing quality players and winning trophies will obviously go on to increase his chances of winning the Golden Ball.

While Andre Onana and Matthijs de Ligt are realistic aims for Barcelona to pursue this summer and with the latter’s singing close to being completed, signing Luka Jovic from Real Madrid will be nearly impossible because they cannot guarantee playing time to the Serb. And hence, Barcelona will try raiding another Dutch side by trying to sign Lozano from PSV.
