Former Barcelona superstar Neymar has his eyes set on a move to Real Madrid provided they satisfy one of his crucial demands.

Neymar’s future at Paris Saint-Germain is looking increasingly bleak with every passing day. The Brazil international is currently busy preparing for the Copa America, but once the tournament is over, it would not take long for Barcelona or Real Madrid’s interest in him to materialize. After all, a return to Spain is what the forward seeks.

The Paris Saint-Germain forward enjoyed some of the most successful years of his career at Barcelona and the void that he has left following his departure has still been difficult to fill. By the look of things, the Catalans are looking to take him back and will be ready to send Philippe Coutinho the other way in the deal.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid are looking at a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo and believe that Neymar’s prowess could help them replace the Juventus frontman. The Whites also have Kylian Mbappe on their radar, but signing the Frenchman is practically out of reach in this transfer window given his huge asking price of a reported 350 million euros.

According to Sportskeeda, the Brazilian prefers moving to Real Madrid because he would instantly grab the limelight in the Santiago Bernabeu. He would not be second fiddle to a certain Lionel Messi at the Spanish capital and would also earn handsomely as compared to the Camp Nou. That said, Neymar is ready to move if the Merengues keep hold of Isco.

Isco is reportedly unsettled in Madrid and is open to the prospect of moving out. Juventus and Manchester City have been thought to be places where the Spaniard could head to, but Zinedine Zidane is expected to restore faith in him nevertheless. Moreover, Neymar returning to Barcelona would certainly not be a great idea.

Ernesto Valverde and Nelson Semedo- with whom he fought before leaving certainly would not have a good impression of him, and nobody wants to be in his manager’s bad books for obvious reasons. Furthermore, the likes of Jordi Alba, Ivan Rakitic and Gerard Pique have commented upon how their game has improved after Neymar’s exit so that would be another awkward meeting.
