While the links between PSG and Barça, and PSG and Real Madrid have been numerous, the talks are carrying a lot of momentum with them as of now and one can expect an announcement in the near future. While PSG are looking to get back the €220 million that they spent on the Brazilian Superstar, they have been reluctant to let him go.
Both Barça and Real Madrid have reportedly offered large cash values as well as players to go along with, in the deal, PSG is not satisfied and they have been insisting on getting the players of their choice for the deal. It is clear from this that the Paris-based franchise is looking to earn back every penny that they spent on acquiring the services of the Brazilian star. While Neymar’s stay at PSG hasn’t been up to the mark, PSG are well within their rights to demand a huge sum/a lucrative deal in exchange for their marquee players.
Neymar’s friend named Diogo Canto shared an image of him, along with his friends including Neymar posing with the trophies that Barcelona won in the 2015/16 season. Two other friends of the 27-year old in Victor Godoy and Caio Castro shared the same story on the social media platform as well.
While Barcelona and Real Madrid are the two clubs occupying the first and second positions respectively, one can see Neymar return to his former club as he has openly admitted the fact that he misses his days alongside Messi and Suarez and that’s what makes Barcelona the favourites, to land the Brazilian star.
