Barcelona could decide to make or not make a transfer that may have an impact on Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at Juventus in the next summer.

Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo has been incredible for the Italians, but he is far from his usual self if compared to the kind of player he was in Spain for Real Madrid. Ronaldo would score goals for fun and even though he is doing that for Portugal now, things are not falling into place for him with the Serie A champions. The player who once terrorized Barcelona could have his future dictated by the Catalans, according to Fox Sports.

Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly feeling let down by the way Juventus’ players have turned out to be. The Portugal international is of the opinion that staying at the Allianz Stadium for any longer would hamper his chances of winning Ballon d’Ors and rightly so. Juventus and the Serie A in itself is too defensive to allow the former Real Madrid superstar in scoring close to 50 goals a season. Plus, the Old Lady of Turin certainly does not have the kind of providers like Ronaldo had at Madrid.

Given that Juventus would possibly be unable to satisfy his ambitions, Cristiano Ronaldo is contemplating an exit from Torino and though Manchester United was thought to be a destination some months back, the fact that the Red Devils are likely to finish in the bottom half of the Premier League this year would mean that Ronaldo chooses someone else. Paris Saint-Germain is the second option.

Barcelona are keen on signing Paris Saint-Germain’s superstar Neymar and there was a lot boiling between the three concerned parties over the summer. However, the Parisians refused to sell Neymar to Barca, but should they end up doing so for 200 or 250 million euros, then they may be able to afford Cristiano Ronaldo and also make him the world’s highest paid player- something that Real Madrid failed and even Juventus are failing to do.

Neymar himself is looking to return to the Camp Nou and will push for a transfer once again in the next summer. Lionel Messi is also looking forward to reuniting with his former colleague so there is a high chance that Neymar heads to Barca. That said, if Juventus are once again knocked out early on in the Champions League then Ronaldo may consider his future and a transfer to the Parc des Princes must not be ruled out.
