AS suggests that Barcelona are done with Coutinho and are more than interested to let him go should a suitable offer arrive. The current loan deal with Bayern includes a buyout clause for the Brazillian. He is valued at £120 million at the moment and it is highly unlikely that the Blaugranes would be taking anything less than that. They are open to buyers from the Premier League in case Bayern decide to the winger go.

The 27 year-old has hardly put a foot wrong in his spell at Bayern and has notched up pretty impressive performances. Hence it would be obvious that the Bundesliga are the favorites to snap him at the moment. However, they need to make a decision before the end of the season, prior to the expiry of the deal.

Coutinho’s stay at Barcelona wasn’t a fruitful one as neither of the parties involved were satisfied with the winger’s performances. However, what’s more interesting is that Ernesto Valverde’s side sent two officials to Germany in a bid to see the former Liverpool winger in action. It is unclear at the moment regarding the fixtures that they went to.

The Catalans have had enough of the Brazilian international and his stay proved that he does not fit into the team dynamics. Moreover, with the focus on the younger prospects and the process of grooming them, it is highly unlikely that Coutinho would himself getting adequate play time if he does continue at Barca at the end of the deal.
