Lionel Messi opens up about the possible arrival of Neymar and Martinez
Lionel Messi openly expressed himself with an interview with Mundo Deportivo in which he talks about the possible signings of Neymar and Lautaro Martinez.
Barcelona’s captain Lionel Messi has accepted an interview with Mundo Deportivo in which the Argentine forward expresses his personal opinions and feelings about the possible signing of his fellow Argentine national teammate Lautaro Martinez and the possible return of his fellow Barcelona teammate Neymar, according to Eldesmarque.
The Barcelona captain would happily acknowledge and welcome the two players at Barca, with whom he shares a personal relationship as well outside of the city of Barcelona, according to Eldesmarque.

The six-time Ballon d’Or winner did not hesitate to express admiration for his fellow teammate Neymar and also stated that the Parisian winger is one of the world’s best players.
Barcelona’s 32-year-old captain Messi also stated in his interview with Mundo Deportivo that he and his fellow teammates tried their level best to convince Neymar to stay, according to Eldesmarquee.
Leo Messi went on to express himself openly during the interview by stating that Neymar’s transfer to PSG had bothered him a lot and that he tried whatever he could to keep him at Barca, according to Eldesmarquee.
The Argentina national team captain stated that a lot of people from the club took Neymar’s departure in a wrong manner and considered it as a bad way of leaving the historic club.
“But we all want to win and have the best players around us. He’s one of the best players in the world and he brought a lot to the team. But it’s understandable that people would see it as leaving in a bad way”, an extract from the Barcelona captain’s interview with Mundo Deportivo as reported by Bleacher Report.
Barca’s number ’10’ has also opened the doors for reconciliation between everyone at the club and Neymar. Leo Messi went on to say “Ney is eager to return, he was always sorry for what happened. He did much to return and that would be the first step to try to reach a point of understanding”, as reported by Eldesmarquee.
Barcelona’s captain also spoke about Lautaro Martinez’s possible move to the Camp Nou, the 32-year-old captain said that Lautaro is a spectacular player and that he personally wishes that his argentine teammate joins Barcelona, according to Eldesmarque.
The all-time top scorer of Barcelona had predicted and strongly believed that Lautaro Martinez was a quality player and has now shown his true colours at Inter Milan, according to Eldesmarquee.
The Barcelona legend belives that Lautaro would not face any problems in adapting to life at the Camp Nou and that all good players always end up adapting well.
