PSG plan to keep Neymar by signing his close friend from Barcelona
PSG have planned their new project for next season, they plan to keep Neymar at Paris by signing his close friend and fellow national teammate Arthur Melo from Barcelona and Sergio Ramos from Real Madrid.
As Sergio Ramos nears the twilight years of his career and with Real Madrid showing no enthusiasm towards renewing the club captain’s contract immediately. The 33-year-old defender has no other option but to have a look at all the proposals from the different clubs that want him. One of the many offers that the Los Blancos captain received was from Paris Saint-Germain, what amused the defender was that PSG also planned to sign him along with a player from Barcelona to keep Neymar at PSG.

Sergio Ramos defended the Parisian based clubs’ proposal to sign for the club but he was made aware that Neymar and Arthur were also part of the PSG project, according to Don Balon.
The Brazilian midfielder Arthur is a part of the future for Barcelona and he already has a crucial role under Quique Setien. Barcelona, however, has their doubts about their talismanic midfielder because of his excessive partying habits, according to Don Balon.
The club has faced several issues with Arthur in the past in regards to his excessive party cultured lifestyle. Some of the parties which the Brazilian midfielder attended and caused trouble at the club were hosted by his close friend Neymar, according to Don Balon.
Paris Saint-Germain’s master plan is to sign Arthur from Barcelona so that Neymar can stay in Paris happily with his friend. The Parisian club’s fans, board and club officials are disheartened with Neymar’s general approach to the club, but they all know for a fact that the Brazilian winger is one of the world’s best players and that they cannot afford to lose him.
