Barcelona saviour receives an undeniable offer from the Premier League
Barcelona might lose their unsung hero to the Premier League as one of the English clubs are willing to pay the German twice the salary he earns in the Camp Nou.
After falling out with Lionel Messi this season, the first-choice Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen has an uncertain future at the Catalan club. The goalkeeper and his agent will negotiate and discuss with other clubs over a possible move.

The Germany international also feels undervalued at the club as he is underpaid for his services. Ter Stegen would only stay in Barcelona if the board make amends to his contract by increasing his wage. At the moment, he has not decided on his future and he prefers to look at his possible options instead.
At the Camp Nou, everyone would want one of the World’s best goalkeeper’s to stay. However, Lionel Messi does not feel the same for quite sometime after falling out with the German national team goalkeeper. According to Don Balon, Lionel Messi has told the board to let the player go if he insists on moving away from the Camp Nou.
Don Balon claims that Barcelona already has an alternative backup if their first choice goalkeeper decides to leave. The first on the list is Unai Simon from Athletic Bilbao and Andre Onana from Ajax. Both the players would cost the Blaugrana approximately 30 million euros each if not more.
Barca has considered that an amount of 100 million euros for their goalkeeper would suffice for a transfer. Frank Lampard’s Chelsea is one of the teams that have shown interest in signing Ter Stegen, according to Don Balon
Kepa Arriazbalaga has fallen down the pecking order and is now a second choice goalkeeper under Chelsea’s new coach Frank Lampard. After selling Eden Hazard to Real Madrid while on a transfer ban, the Blues have a handsome saving in their back to sign a few world-class players in the summer market to reconstruct their team.
Ter Stegen considers the switch to the Stamford Bridge with a positive mind and he does consider trying his fortune in England, as he is attracted by the hefty wage offer from Chelsea. Frank Lampard is willing to offer the goalkeeper 15 million euros a season which would make him the world’s highest-paid goalkeeper.
Having ended an inconsistent 2018/19 with the Europa League title, Chelsea does not seem to have much ammunition to realistically find their old winning ways. As Frank Lampard plans on carrying out a revolution this summer, Marc Andre Ter Stegen would be the perfect man.
