The former Red Bull Leipzig player has technical god gifted skills along with strong physical qualities, what makes the German stand out is the versatility he offers. He can play as a defensive midfielder acting as a pivot, an attacking right-back and occasionally he can also take on the role of a central defender.
Don Balon claims that Joshua Kimmich does not rule out the possibility of leaving Bayern Munich for another country. The player believes that he has the quality to try his fortune outside of his comfort zone and that La Liga Santander is one of the leagues he prefers followed by the Premier League.
Real Madrid and Barcelona seem to be the ideal destination for the German. However, Kimmich believes that Barcelona would be the club for him over Real Madrid as he has more chances to lift trophies at the Camp Nou alongside Lionel Messi rather than at Real Madrid, according to Don Balon.

The former RB Leipzig player can bolster the squad by either playing as a right-back in place of Jordi Alba or he could fill in the defensive pivot role of Sergio Busquets whose career is coming closer towards a stagnant end.
It is almost certain that Bayern will not let their gem go for cheap, do you think Barcelona should invest in this future gem to reshape the club?
