The problems at Barcelona keep mounting as another crucial player has handed in a transfer request due to the lack of game time.

The problems in Barcelona have not yet come to an end, after a new issue has been added to their long list of problems going on. Josep Maria Bartomeu and his management team sacked Erenesto Valverde and appointed Quique Setien as the first team manager, after Xavi and Ronald Koeman turned down the request. The appointment of Quique Setien was new ray of hope for the club, however, a few months later several heavyweights of the club have fallen out with their manager.

Recently some of the senior players took to Instagram to candidly express that they have voluntarily decided to donate a huge percentage of their salaries along with a dig at the board.

However, now it seems like the issue behind the salaries has come to an end at the club, but a new problem seems to have risen. Marc Andre Ter Stegen is not completely clear about his future at Camp Nou and whether he should renew his contract as he is being heavily underpaid by the club, meanwhile there seems to have been a conflict between the board and the German keeper’s substitute from Brazil.

The former Valencia goalkeeper has lost his patience with the manager and the board over his lack of game time, according to Don Balon. The Brazilian claims that his participation in the team has been more testimonial than he expected before he signed for the Catalan club.

So far Neto has played only one game for the Blaugrana in La Liga Santander and he hopes to move to another club that could provide him with more game time along with Champions League football.

The Brazilian has received offers from Inter Milan and Borussia Dortmund, the two clubs would be an ideal destination for the goalkeeper as he would definitely get to play more than one game a season along with Champions League football.

If Marc Andre Ter Stegen does accept the contract by Paris Saint-Germain that would make him the world’s highest-paid goalkeeper and if Neto leaves for Inter Milan or Borussia Dortmund, Barcelona would then be in deep waters.
