Antoine Griezmann has grown tired with the situation at Barcelona, the French man has contacted his agent for a possible departure this summer.

Antoine Griezmann has grown frustrated with the way he has been treated at Barcelona since he signed for the club in the summer. The former Atletico Madrid forward was a surprise signing as most of the fans around the world expected Neymar’s return, however, Bartomeu had other plans and announced the signing of Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid.

Don Balon claims that the French forward feels dejected as neither of his attacking partners Lionel Messi or Luis Suarez has helped him in any manner to settle down, however, instead the South American pair have raised the question several times to the board as to why the French forward was signed instead of Neymar.

Antoine Griezmann has been heavily underused under both Ernesto Valverde and Quique Setien as both the managers have deployed the player on the wings instead of fielding him in his natural position as a striker.

To doubt the quality of Antoine Griezmann would be foolish, the forward was named the best player of the Euro 2016 and was France’s most important player in the 2018 World Cup championship campaign. For Atletico Madrid, the forward has been exceptional as well by taking the team to the Champions League final in Milan and winning the Europa League in 2018.

However, Barcelona and Antoine Griezmann have grown tired of each other and the French international wants out immediately after just 8 months of being Blaugrana. The player’s agent has already contacted Paris Saint-Germain who have considered Antoine Griezmann to replace Neymar, as they plan to get rid of their Brazilian.

If Antoine Griezmann does move to France, then it would be the French Forwards first ever time playing in the French League since he started his professional career with Real Sociedad in Spain.

Barcelona’s current financial situation has helped Chelsea and Manchester United to become the most favourable club to sign Neymar Junior. If Neymar does join either of the clubs, his departure would mean Antoine Griezmann’s arrival in France, and Antoine Griezmann’s departure would assure the arrival of Lautaro Martinez at Barca.
