Barcelona receive a revised long list of demands from Lionel Messi about the possible signings and departures for next season

Lionel Messi continues his dictatorship in Barcelona, the captain has made a long list of demands that he expects the board to meet by the start of the 2020/21 season.

More from Everything Barca

Apart from the multi-million dollar operation of signing Lautaro Martinez from Inter Milan and Neymar from Paris Saint Germain, the Argentine captain has demanded a few more additional arrivals and departures from the current squad as well, who fail to enter the plans of Messi, according to Don Balon.

First on the list is Barca’s debutant goalkeeper Neto Murara, the 30-year-old Brazilian goalkeeper signed for the Catalan club after they paid 26 million euros for the goalkeeper to take over the secondary role by Jasper Cillessen who switched to the Mestalla.

The Brazilian has played only one game so far this season for the Blaugrana and the goalkeeper prefers a change of air in his career to a club that would consider him as a starter. To make matters worse, Barca may end up with no first-team quality goalkeeper next season, as Lionel Messi has added Marc Andre ter Stegen to the long list, the German and the Argentine have shared a strained relationship this season.

Ter Stegen believes that he is being severely underpaid and he asked the club for a renewed contract or else he would leave them for a wealthier club, however, Leo Messi did not approve of the goalkeeper’s attitude and now both the crucial players at the club want each other out.

Junior Firpo and Nelson Semedo also make the list of the players the captain wants out, the entire squad and staff have lost patience with Junior Firpo, however, adding Nelson Semedo to the list is quite surprising since the Portuguese international has always given his best effort on the field.

It seems like the issue with Nelson Semedo being listed is not about his quality, Messi believes that the departure of the Portuguese would financially benefit the club to sign either Neymar or Lautaro Martinez.

From the midfield, the captain wants Arturo Vidal and Ivan Rakitic out, since the pair are already in their thirties and if the club must act soon to get rid of the pair to make a substantial figure.

Ousmane Dembele and Philippe Coutinho, both the most expensive transfer in the club have made Leo Messi’s list, the captain believes it is better to sell both the wasted talents soon enough as they still have decent offers to their names.

Liverpool is willing to pay 100 million euros for Dembele and Chelsea are willing to pay 60-80 million euros for Philippe Coutinho, Barcelona should not stall either of the offers as it is highly uncertain if they would receive another offer with those figures.

Nothing is certain in Barcelona as long as this player dictatorship continues!
