Barcelona drop Neymar and go all out for the world’s best right winger

Barcelona drops Neymar out from the multimillion-dollar operation and adds Jadon Sancho instead as an alternative signing.

With the situation of the pandemic improving in Europe and the summer transfer window nearing close, Barcelona continues to prepare their finances for the transfer market as the Catalan club would have to act wisely with every possible arrival or departure due to their limited tight transfer budget.

The past few months in the Camp Nou has been a misery and a nightmare, the club has been torn apart internally with six board members resigning from their position and staff members demanding an early election to get rid of Josep Maria Bartomeu and his technical director Eric Abidal.

However, despite the harsh criticism the pair have had to share over the last few months, Eric Abidal has plotted a masterplan for Barca and if it pans out like the former Blaugrana player wishes, it would be the signing of the decade for the club.

The technical director of the club has added Jadon Sancho of Borussia Dortmund in the multimillion-dollar operation in place of Neymar from Paris Saint-Germain, the Parisian based team will not let their most expensive signing leave the club for anything less than 200 million euros since they invested 222 million euros for the player in 2017 and they hope for a decent return on investment financially since the Brazilian has not performed exceptionally to waive off the price tag.

Eldes marque that the Catalans have joined the race with Real Madrid to sign the English sensation from the Bundesliga. The former Manchester City player has adapted well in the German League and in the last two seasons, the Englishman has shown the world his worth with his dazzling performances.

Real Madrid and Barcelona are equally in need of the services of Jadon Sancho, the English winger was the only player along with Lionel Messi to secure double digits in goals scored and assists provided last season in the top five leagues of Europe.

The Los Blancos would need a replacement for Gareth Bale who might be sold in the coming transfer window if any other club is willing to pay the Welsh international the same wage or more and at the Camp Nou, the Catalan’s desperately need to plan a post-Lionel Messi era and Jadon Sancho could be the natural heir to the Argentine.

However, Eric Abidal is confident that despite their poor luck with Ousmane Dembele when the French forward was signed from Borussia Dortmund, the technical director believes that the same mishap will not repeat again with Jadon Sancho.

The offer that Barcelona would have to place on the table for Borussia Dortmund to let their star player go is still unknown, however, it would cost a lot less than signing Neymar.
