Elite Premier League sides are being offered nine Barcelona stars including the likes of Antoine Griezmann and Philippe Coutinho.

Barcelona are offering nine of their players to many Premier League clubs to either buy or loan in the next transfer window. The Catalan side are in desperate need of raising €70 million before June 30 amidst financial crisis due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and are preparing to offload many players.

Speculations of Antoine Griezmann being on the transfer list has alerted many admirers including Manchester United, who have previously attempted to sign the Frenchman before his move to Camp Nou from Atletico Madrid.

Moreover, additional eight players have also been made available to buy or loan, including former Liverpool stars, Luis Suarez and Coutinho, while fellow French international, Ousmane Dembele, is also among the forwards listed. Ivan Rakitic and Arturo Vidal are the midfielders that have been made available. Fellow World cup winner, Samuel Umtiti, is among the defenders available for sale alongside Sergi Roberto and Nelson Semedo.

Barca are mainly struggling to sell Coutinho after the Brazilian failed to repeat the success he had at Anfield ever since his arrival in 2018 for the club’s record signing of £142 million. Bayern Munich have rejected the opportunity to sign the midfielder on a permanent basis after his loan spell.

According to Daily Mail, the 27-year-old is being offered to Newcastle, Everton, Chelsea, Tottenham, and Liverpool. The Brazilian’s hefty salary of £12 million a season is causing issues as none of the clubs are interested in paying such an amount.
