The Catalan giants have been keen on signing the Bosnian international, even linking the likes of Arthur Melo in an exchange deal. According to the Italian newspaper, Gazzetta dello Sport, the 30-year-old has agreed to part ways with Juve in order to secure a move to Spain.

The Spanish side are awaiting Arthur’s approval as the agreement entails the Brazilian moving to the Allianz Stadium.  The two clubs value their individual midfielders at 60 million euros and thus have agreed to an exchange of players without any fee involved.

Arthur Melo, however, has refused to accept the offer as he considers his future lies in Camp Nou.

"“There are always speculations but honestly my idea is very clear. The only option that interests me is to continue in Barca . I feel very good here and I also thank the club and the coaching staff for their trust in me.” Arthur said.“This is another reason to be totally clear that my only wish is to continue. The supposed interest of big clubs is always a compliment to anyone but my mind is only playing here for many years.” he continued.Source"

Mundo Deportivo had previously reported that Barca wanted to sign Pjanic on a number of occasions but after failing to do so, opted to sign the former Grêmio midfielder, Arthur.
