Neto and Barcelona may part ways this summer after a major fall out

Things have gone from bad to worse for Barcelona after the signing of Neymar this summer market has been ruled out and the arrival of Lautaro Martinez seems highly unlikely as Inter Milan will not accept anything below than the 111 million release clause.

More from Everything Barca

To make matters worse, Neto Murara might be leaving the Camp Nou this summer after the Brazilian has fallen out with the club’s management after securing just one appearance this season for the Blaugrana.

Marc-Andre Ter Stegen was also heavily linked with a move to Juventus or Paris Saint-Germain, however, rumours claim that Barca is currently negotiating a contract renewal that would make the German the second-best paid player at the club.

During the entire chaos of either Ter Stegen or Neto leaving, Bartomeu had shortlisted Andre Onana as a potential signing for the future to replace Ter Stegen’s legacy at the Camp Nou.

Rumours claim Onana has snubbed Barcelona for Chelsea

The reports from London claim that Andre Onana has been tipped to sign for Frank Lampard’s Chelsea over Quique Setien’s Barca this summer as the player prefers a starting role that Chelsea are willing to offer the Ajax man ahead of Kepa.

The news from London has left a negative impact in Barcelona as the board was keen on signing the player this summer, however, realistically, would a player of Andre Onana sign for a club where he would warm the bench? certainly not.

It was foolish from the Catalan board to expect that the Ajax man would accept a deal that would see him as the second choice goalkeeper, meanwhile, Chelsea has hit the ground running after agreeing to terms with Timo Werner and are already in talks with Ben Chilwell and Kai Havertz.

What do you think about the second choice goalkeeper situation at Barca? Who should Barca sign this summer to fill in that void?
