Barcelona and Real Madrid receive a big lead to sign Europe’s best player

Barcelona and Real Madrid rejoice as they receive a big lead to sign one of Europe’s best player’s after Manchester United who were favourites to sign the English winger pulled out from the operation due to financial reasons as per the International Business Times.

More from Everything Barca

With Manchester United out of the operation and Chelsea already signing Hakim Ziyech from Ajax Amsterdam, Timo Werner from RB Leipzig and confirming talks with Ben Chilwell it seems like Frank Lampard Blues will not be making another big-money signing.

So what now for Jadon Sancho? Will he sign for Barcelona or Real Madrid?

Both the Spanish giants are in a dire need of a recruitment to fill in the role of a right-winger. Barca currently faces a severe crisis of an ageing squad and a replacement for Lionel Messi is desperately required as well. Meanwhile, at Real Madrid, the Los Blancos desperately need a right-winger who could replace Gareth Bale who has more or less useless for Zidane this season.

Jadon Sancho could be the ideal recruitment that both the clubs require given their current circumstances and a figure around 100 million euros for the former Manchester City youth academy player would suffice.

The only issue that lies ahead for the Blaugrana is whether they have the financial power to once again break the bank to sign the English prodigy from Borussia Dortmund. The last time Barca broke the bank to sign a talented winger from Dortmund it did not turn out so well as Ousmane Dembele has been one of the club’s worst-ever signings.

Barca would have to act quick and smart as they need to start building a team for the future and the departures of a few veteran players would not hamper the club a lot if in return the club can sign promising young talents to ensure longevity and continued success.
