Arthur Melo has already been confirmed as the first departure of the summer for 80 million euros to Juventus and Neto Murara has been heavily linked to a move to Arsenal this summer as well.
The next on the list is another South American footballer
Reports from the Eldes marque claim that Arturo Vidal has admitted that it would be a dream come true for him to play for Argentina’s Boca Juniors. The report claims that the former Juventus man while on an interview with ESPN Chile stated that he would love to experience the feeling of playing for the South American club and is impressed by the club’s current strong form.
Arturo Vidal is already 33-years-old and this might be Barca’s lost shot at selling the former Bayern Munich superstar for a decent price in the market since his contract runs out in the summer of 2021 which would then permit Vidal to sign for Boca Juniors on a free transfer.
So far the Blaugrana have closed in on an 80 million euro deal for Arthur with Juventus and have demanded 20 million for the Gunners for Neto Murara. A combined figure of 100 million euros is what Barca could earn this summer if both the moves fall through and if they manage to sell Vidal as well this season to Boca Juniors for 10 million euros then the Catalan’s would finally be able to sign Lautaro Martinez from Inter Milan.
Lautaro Martinez’s release clause is set at 110 million euros and the departure of the 3 mentioned players might be the key for Barca to sign their long term target to replace Luis Suarez.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid prepares to take on RCD Mallorca tonight, and given the Los Blancos’s current form, it seems like Zinedine Zidane‘s men will clinch all three points in their home game that will bring them a step closer towards lifting their 34th La Liga title.
