Barcelona are set to sell many players over the summer.

More from Everything Barca

Players such as Arturo Vidal, Ousmane Dembele, Ivan Raktic, Junior Firpo, Philippe Coutinho and Samuel Umtiti are set to be sold from Barcelona over the summer transfer window in order to raise sufficient funds for the club to sign younger and more efficient players who can help secure a better future at the Camp Nou.

In addition to spending funds in the transfer window to replace the players who are set to leave the Camp Nou, the Spanish giants have plans to promote some of their budding players from the B team as well as the other squads in the club to their main team over the next few seasons. By doing this the 2018-2019 La Liga champions will help grow and develop the young players in the club, however many of these players have been able to impress many clubs around Europe and have received offers to leave the Camp Nou.

Marc Juardo has decided to leave Barcelona and joined Manchester United.

Juardo has decided to leave the Catalan giants and join Manchester United for a transfer fee of 1.3 million euros. The 16-year-old Spanish defender has been phenomenal at Barca and after spending 9 years at the club he has decided against extending his contract with the club as stated by the Goal. Juardo has an extremely promising future and many believe that the Spaniard can develop into one of the best defenders in the world.

Barcelona’s management must prevent budding talents like Juardo to leave the club as they lose out on players who have the potential to grow into world class players. The club must provide their young players chances to play and train with the main squad as well as the B team to further enhance their game.
