Leo Messi insults the marque signing of Barcelona in the dressing room
Lionel Messi has reportedly insulted Antoine Griezmann in front of the entire dressing room of Barcelona mercilessly after the disappointing draw against Atletico Madrid that has tipped Zinedine Zidane and his squad as the favourites to lift the 2019/20 La Liga Santander trophy which would be their 34th title.
Leo Messi of late has shown his anger and his unhappiness with the current coaching staff and the squad. In the above-attached picture, during the cooling break against Atletico Madrid, Leo Messi decided to walk away from the touchline while Quique Setien and his assistant coach Eder Sarabia were trying to convey a message to the rest of the crew.

Antoine Griezmann was subbed on during the dying minutes of the game and his appearance against his former teammates and manager could be described as cameo appearance as he had less than five minutes to have an impact on the game.
Diaro GOL claims that Lionel Messi had blasted the player in the dressing room, however, the reasons behind the bust-up between the pair is still not known.
What could have gone wrong between the two stars?
Antoine Griezmann arrived at the club as an unwanted signing since Messi had demanded the return of his former teammate from Paris Saint-Germain, however, the signing of the former Atletico Madrid striker for 120 million euros ruled out all the possibilities of signing _Neymar_ which was not taken well by the captain of Barcelona.
As earlier reported, the family of the French superstar was extremely upset by the way Griezmann has been treated and the forward’s family voiced their opinion candidly to the news channels. Diego Simeone himself stated that he was shocked to see that his former pupil was not brought on earlier in the game given his caliber and match-winning abilities.
However, the reason behind the feud between the two superstars still remains unknown. Rumours claim that Griezmann may have created a scene in the dressing room for the lack of game-time he has received this season as Suarez and Braithwaite have been chosen ahead of him which Messi may have not taken well.
Nonetheless, Real Madrid takes on Getafe tonight and if the Los Blancos clinch all three points as they are expected to do so, the title hopes for Quique Setien may just be over.
