Barcelona want to exchange their unwanted players for two Tottenham stars.

Barcelona are looking to sign Tottenham stars, Tanguy Ndombele and Ryan Sessegnon, in an exchange deal with many players available to be offered in return.

The two youngsters could potentially leave the Premier League side this summer if Tottenham agrees to an exchange deal with additional cash. Spurs’ current boss, however, has a personal bias against the Catalan side from his days of coaching Real Madrid but moreover wants to keep ahold of his players to monitor their progress for a little longer.

While Jose Mourinho is unwilling to let anyone approach Sessegnon, the club themselves have opted out of the discussion concerning their most expensive transfer, Ndombele. Combined, the two talented footballers cost a whopping 80 million pounds with both looking to plan their futures wisely as Tottenham currently stand below the necessary points to even reach the qualification stages of the Europa League.

Since the restart, Mourinho has picked Ndombele only on one occasion where the 23-year-old played 19 minutes against Sheffield United which they lost 3-1. Meanwhile, the 20-year-old Sessegnon is yet to play a single match with the Portuguese coach opting to not even pick him in his squad of 20 for the previous two outings.

While Ryan is only 20, Mourinho has already picked a younger Dennis Cirkin ahead of his English left-back to feature in a crucial match against Everton. The 25 million pound signing is now left wondering whether the 18-year-old alternative will take over his role permanently leaving him to enjoy the games from his television. Barca knocking on the door could potentially be a lifesaver for the youngster as he would become the regular alternative to an aging Jordi Alba to eventually take the Spaniard’s spot at the Nou Camp.

Meanwhile, Ndombele is not only fighting for his spot under Mourinho but also in the French National squad. Barca currently hosts multiple French regulars with Clement Lenglet, Samuel Umtiti, Ousmane Dembele, and Antoine Griezmann having an important role with France.

While Tottenham are unlikely to sell their record-breaking transfer, Barca are open to the idea to loan the player for a season instead. However, the Spanish side will initially look to secure the French international by offering the many players at their disposal like Nelson Semedo, Samuel Umtiti, Philippe Coutinho, Ivan Rakitic, Junior Firpo, and many others.
