With the corona virus lock-down in place,Barcelona fans were given an opportunity to vote for their G.O.A.Ts of all time

Greatest of All Time or G.O.A.T is a term used in the current generation to describe generational talents and legends like Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Pele etc.Barcelona has been one of the top teams in La Liga for years, and superstar Lionel Messi has helped the club keep its status.All the FC Barcelona stars of past and present have had a hand in crafting the history of their club team.Barcelona is a team with a rich history having won every title that is to be offered in club level and have two trebles as well.

Most of the first team players are from La Masia (Barcelona Youth Academy). So every player knows the philosophy of the club very well.This stability in the club produces quality players and quality players win you trophies.Barcelona are so good because they believe in playing beautiful attractive football unlike the defensive cum counter-attacking football played by most La Liga teams. They believe there is a way football is to be played and they do that.The dream team of Cruyff and Pep Guardiola’s Barca did that and reaped rewards.They win not just because of their philosophy of Playing position-possession based attacking football but also due to the fact that they had the right people to do that in Xavi, Iniesta, Messi,Busqeuts, Alves, Puyol, Pique etc.

The philosophy of total football was modified by Cruyff ;his ideas later modified by Pep Guardiola which has now left a legacy. The La Masia academy produces more quality players right from the begining that is at the age of 6 or 7.The club philosophy is more modified after the 2004 and they started wining the big things and when Pep Guardiola became the coach the Tika-Taka style of play came into existence .The short pass what it means .The technical things were given more important than shooting
