Manchester United are on the verge of making an unlikely signing from Barcelona.
As per Mirror, Manchester United could end up signing Luis Suarez. Suarez was the only goal scorer for Barcelona in their massive 8-2 defeat against Bayern Munich. However, the 33-year-old is not likely to be favoured by Koeman and will fall down the pecking order.

Suarez scored 21 goals this season and, in all honesty, that stat could have been much better. In their UCL quarterfinal, Suarez missed as many as three openings due to his lack of pace and had he taken those, the score-line would have been different. The Uruguayan forward is not the same player he was a few years back and now the time has come to let go of him.
Manchester United could try to sign him, though the striker is closely linked with a move to Ajax. Suarez could fit in well in between Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford who are both excellent forwards. With their pace, they can throw in decent balls to Suarez who might be able to capitalise on them. However, his age will the major concern for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, should he consider signing the the Blaugrana striker.
Griezmann has been deemed untouchable by the Barca president, Bartomeu which might suggest that the management and Ronald Koeman thinks that the France International is ready to take on the role of the striker. This would be a brilliant move as Barcelona can then decide for sure if Griezmann fits into their dynamics. The former Atletico Madrid forward has also been linked with a move away from the club this summer, but all those rumours have been quashed down.
