Koeman prepared to restructure Barcelona with three grand signings

Donny van de Beek of Ajax Amsterdam and the Netherlands national team is a highly valued midfielder by Ronald Koeman. The Dutch manager believes that the player is ready to join forces with Frenkie de Jong to form a midfield partnership for years to come. Koeman wants to play Frenkie de Jong as the central defensive midfielder ahead of the veteran Sergio Busquets while having Donny van de Beek as his attacking midfielder who could possibly rotate with Philippe Coutinho if not sold.

Van de Beek is valued at 44 million euros, Barca would have to spend around 40-60 millions euros to secure the deal.
