Barcelona to face serious competition from Real Madrid for Kylian Mbappe
Kylian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain has reportedly requested the club to permit him to leave in the summer of 2021. Mbappe’s transfer request has caught the attention of Real Madrid, Manchester City, Liverpool, and Barcelona as well. However, for now, it seems like Los Blancos are the front runners for his signature.

Barca will battle Real to sign Mbappe
Real will do everything in their power to sign the former AS Monaco forward, however, El Desmarque reports that Barca will make an attempt to land the player as a replacement for Messi on the right-wing.
Mbappe certainly does not share the same playing style of Leo Messi, however, the forward can fill in the right-wing and is a certain goal-scorer. The issue that Barca will face if they are to sign the talented forward would be to compete with Real or Manchester City who have the upper hand in terms of finances.
The French superstar is currently valued at 180 million euros, however, since the player will enter the final year of his contract next year, PSG could negotiate a cheaper exit rather than losing the player for free in 2022.
