Paul Pogba contacts Barcelona superstar Ousmane Dembele

Paul Pogba calls Barcelona star linked with Manchester United.

Out of favour Barcelona star, Ousmane Dembele has decided to stay in the Nou Camp amidst interests from big clubs such as Manchester United and Liverpool. Now it seems as if fellow country man Paul Pogba is trying to convince Dembele to come to the Manchester side on loan as he believes that a break away from Spain would do the player a world of good and he can also be the missing key to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s winning formula.

Pogba who has had a mixed career at United with many ups and downs has assured Dembele that it is better to play continuously in a club that needs you instead of fighting for a place in the first team and sitting on the bench. The 23-year-old played only nine times last season for the Catalans due to injuries and this is just one of the reasons as to why the club wants to get rid of him.

United on the other hand are looking for a high quality pacey winger and after their deal with Jadon Sancho went south, they had been looking to bring in Dembele as an alternative. The French winger, however, remains adamant and wishes to stay with the Catalans but Pogba advised him not to be so narrow minded. The young player was also dropped from his national team and Pogba suggests that should Dembele impress at Old Trafford, he may be included in the Euros 2021 list again.

This will be a tough decision for Dembele as he is currently at a club with incredible talents such as Ansu Fati and he might never be more than an impact sub but at Manchester United he can revitalize his career and show everyone his true potential. The transfer window ends soon so we will not have to wait too long for a result.
