The Spanish giants are looking to land Manchester City‘s Eric Garcia and Lyon‘s Memphis Depay to complete their current transfer window targets. However, their rebuild is going well as they just completed the signing of Ajax youngster Sergino Dest. who was officially announced recently. The former Ajax defender got the squad number 2 which was legendary right back Dani Alves’ squad number previously.

Barcelona’s rebuild has seen them take some harsh decisions. Luis Suarez, Ivan Rakitic, Nelson Semedo and Arthur Melo have all been sold to top European clubs in different leagues. Talks about Ousmane Dembele and Rafinha being sold have emerged over the last few days. The manager has reportedly admitted that they are weak in defence and that they will be needing reinforcements. Hence, former La Masia youngster Eric Garcia might just be heading back home. Depay on the other hand has reportedly agreed personal terms but yet there’s no official news.

The La Liga giants have won both of their starting games in the league and they look strong and determined. Philippe Coutinho and Ansu Fati look to in good form and shape. However, the manager feels that reinforcements are needed and with the transfer window coming to a close, there might be a couple of more signings soon to be announced.
