Lionel Messi disappointed with Antoine Griezmann’s continued struggles.

Multiple reports have suggested that Lionel Messi does not want Frenchman Antoine Griezmann at the Nou Camp anymore. The forward arrived from Atletico Madrid a season ago and has not exactly had the same impact he did at the Wanda Metropolitano. However, a move to the Parc des Princes can be an option for the French forward according to Ok Diario’s Eduardo Inda.

More from Everything Barca

The Blaugrana signed Griezmann instead of going all out to bring Neymar Jr back at the club. The club expected him to be a guaranteed hit at the Nou Camp as the player already had experience in La Liga but he did not show any signs of playing like one of the best in the world.

The former Atletico Madrid forward only scored 15 goals in over 50 appearances for the La Liga giants. The player was signed for 105 million right after he had deliberately turned Barca down just a year prior to his signing.

With Kylian Mbappe potentially joining Real Madrid next summer, Griezmann can head to his home country and look to revive his name in world football. The forward will get to link with Neymar Jr, Mauro Icardi, Angel Di Maria, and Marco Veratti. A move to Paris Saint-Germain might solve all his struggles as they are an attack-minded team and the fact that their squad is very strong.

According to multiple reports, there is tension between Messi and Griezmann. Hence, a transfer to PSG can definitely be on the cards for the Frenchman if he is feeling unsettled after such a dull display in his first season for the Blaugrana.
