Antonio Rudiger of Chelsea (Loan-Deal for Barcelona)

One player who has been on the mind of every football pundit is German defender, Antonio Rudiger. Barcelona needs a solid defender with enough club and international experience to guide the club into safety until Garcia can take over. Who else but Rudiger fills all these criteria? The Chelsea defender is a solid center-back with great leadership qualities and also has a good amount of international exposure. Rudiger is currently going through a tough time at the London side as his place was recently taken over by Thiago Silva. The 27-year-old is still at the peak of his career and a loan move to the Spanish giants would be beneficial to both the player and the club. Rudiger can provide a leadership quality at the back which they are missing now and should Barcelona like his impact on the team, they can also opt to buy him out as a substitute or third choice center-back for the future.
