Barcelona youngster Pedri continues to impress the fans with his top performances as he played a huge role in the club’s latest victory against Huesca. The Blaugrana have had a very unpredictable season where things have been a little out of hand but there are many silver linings from this current Barcelona season and former Las Palmas player Pedri is definitely one of them.

The youngster put in yet another visually attractive performance as Ronald Koeman’s men edged a narrow victory against Huesca at the El Alcoraz. The 18-year-old had a massive game as he had a ton of impact throughout the game.
His presence in the midfield makes it so much better fluidity wise. The youngster’s link-up with club legend Lionel Messi is something to be noticed as the two have quite the wonderful chemistry according to their performances this season so far.
The youngster also made a huge statement in the game against Huesca as he took a total of 95 touches in the game and 9 in touches within the opposition’s box. While this may not be something outrageous, it is however the highest amount of touches taken by a player born in 2000 or after it, in La Liga history.
The youngster does need to improve his finishing a little as he could have had a couple of goals but he missed two great chances early on in the game. The youngster seems to have the full trust of Ronald Koeman as he went on to make yet another appearance for him. Pedri is the player who has featured the most so far in the lineups of Koeman this season and for an 18-year-old that’s a fantastic achievement. A lot more to come from Pedri in a Blaugrana shirt, according to the praise he has received from the Dutch boss.
