#3 A Good Head Coach & Technical Director

Barcelona needs a world-class coach to change things around and while it is commendable that Ronald Koeman decided to take the hot seat, many believe that he may not be the right man for the job. As for Messi, his dream coach is his former teammate, Xavi Hernandez. He would love to have Xavi back at the club as the manager or as the Technical Director and he is not the only one who thinks that way.

Presidential candidates, Joan Laporta and Victor Font, also believes that Xavi should be the one to direct the club towards the correct path. Koeman needs to show Messi and the entire club that his methods will work but with current results, it is hard to see how he will achieve that goal. A proper manager and a director can do wonders for the club and thus Messi wants someone with ambitions and future plans. The 33-year-old loves the club and does not want to see it go down this downward spiral.
