With a new president soon to be elected, Barcelona must start planning to resolve the many issues revolving around the club, on and off the field.

Barcelona has some big problems that they must fix if they want to get back to their previous selves. Right now, although talented, the squad needs some changes and Ronald Koeman and the next management should try to address these problem areas as soon as possible. The club should also invest in the squad as without financial support, Koeman will not be able to do much for the club.
Once a new president is elected, the club should shift gears and get into problem-solving mode. It has been a disappointing season so far and winning the La Liga will be an uphill battle.
Having said that, rivals Real Madrid have not been consistent and while Atletico Madrid are a real threat, the season is not yet over. Meanwhile, the Champion League clash against Paris Saint-Germain is in February and a lot can change until then.
