Eric Garcia of Manchester City (AGE: 20 | Position: Centre-Back | Fee: Free)

Manchester City’s Eric Garcia has been linked heavily with Barcelona for quite some time now. However, due to financial issues at the club, the Blaugrana have failed to meet Manchester City’s least demands. The blues reduced their price to an amount of 3 million in the current and ongoing January transfer window but it still did not go through. Eric has done everything on his part to make a return to his boyhood club like rejecting new City contracts. However, it looks like a free transfer for Garcia to Barcelona is inevitable as his contract with Pep Guardiola’s men is up in the summer.

Sergio Aguero of Manchester City (AGE: 32 | Position: Striker | Fee: Free)

The Manchester City legend is getting old. However, he is not that old yet and it doesn’t look like the Argentine is going anywhere away from European top flight. While it is possible that City may offer the legend a new contract, the reality, for now, is that the Argentine’s contract is up in the summer and is currently free to negotiate with other teams. Another potential free signing Barcelona could end up nabbing in the upcoming summer transfer window. In Sergio Aguero, they will finally have the potential replacement of Luis Suarez who was forced to leave the club earlier this season to play for Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid.
