Arsenal target admits dream of moving to Barcelona
Canadian international Jonathan David has scored a total amount of five goals this season. The 21-year-old has stated that he has a lifelong dream to have himself a transfer to London and play for Arsenal. The Arsenal target has clearly shown a heavy interest in playing for the North London side and also Barcelona according to Goal. The youngster has stated that it is a childhood dream of his to represent either the Gunners or the Catalans as a footballer.

The LOSC Lille player has been an Arsenal target for quite a while now, according to multiple reports. While the youngster has stated his childhood dream of joining Arsenal, it is also understood that the player will be fascinated with a move to the Nou Camp too. The reports suggest that the Canadian international is also heavily interested in representing Barcelona, if that were to be an option for a potential transfer.

However, no moves were finalized and Jonathan made his way to Lille in the Ligue 1. The youngster had a pretty slow start in the French league during his first season. However, for this current season, the player has done pretty well as he has scored 7 goals for Lille. The player also has a brilliant set of 5 goals in his last 5 games and looks to be in incredible form.
The player has revealed that he grew up watching Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal and Pep Guardiola’s Barcelona. He was extremely fascinated by European football while growing up in Canada. The youngster just turned 21 in January and is still in his developing years. The player is clearly very talented and with enough top performances, he can well and good earn a move to the Nou Camp or the Emirates in the future.
