On paper, the two teams look very similar and both of them have new managers as well although PSG’s managerial change was more recent than Barcelona’s. Both the teams are confident and the Catalans will be hoping to produce some of the magic they did in the last match against Deportivo Alaves.
However, having said all that let’s look at the way Koeman might set up his team for this extremely important match.
Goalkeeper – Marc-Andre ter Stegen
There is no doubt in this position. Ter Stegen has been the number one goalkeeper for the Catalans for years now. The 28-year-old keeper is one of the world’s best goalkeepers and a constant for Barcelona. He was only out during the start of the season with a knee injury at which time Brazilian keeper, Neto, took his place but ever since his return, he has once again taken the number one role and he will surely play in the match against PSG.
