#4 Ousmane Dembele (Age: 23 | Barcelona contract: Jun 30, 2022)

One thing we can be sure about is that Ousmane Dembele has failed to live up to his 135 million euros price tag. The French winger was supposed to be a direct replacement for Neymar but he has been anything but that. The 23-year-old’s contract runs out in 2022 and the club must make a decision on whether they want to keep his services or sell him off to raise some funds.

He has been a bit more productive this year after Fati’s injury and has managed to score seven goals in all competitions. This is still a bit low for such an expensive player but Dembele is yet to enter his prime and he seems happy to be working under Koeman’s guidance. The club must now decide whether they will take a gamble on this unpredictable player or not.
